GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the effective handling of all incoming enquiries from travel agencies (through telephone contacts, e-mails, faxes, mails etc.), in line with Help Desk Service Level agreements (accessibility, productivity, quality).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist and advise travel agents in the event of complex operations (bookings, pricing, ticket issuing etc.) for China Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Markets.
- Answer questions related to Air France-KLM procedures and regulations
- Handling of Alitalia calls from Hong Kong Market for both Telesales and services (B2C) and travel agencies enquiries (B2T)
- Answer questions related to GDS applications (how to sell AF-KL in the various GDS)
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent customer service orientation and quality focus
- Good communication skills
- Consistently maintain high levels of productivity
- Patience & Efficiency & Team spirit
- Flexibility & ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of GDS systems an advantage
- Languages: Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
