GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contribute to the increase of Air France and KLM market share and group revenue, promote Air France and KLM products to our group customers and improve customer loyalty and service quality.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Answer group quotation by fax, email or on the phone
- Create group reservation in AFKL system
- Follow up group requests
- Explain group contract and follow up group booking modification
- Communication with Group Desk in AFKL Head Offices when necessary
- Push agent to pay group deposit and total payment according to the contract
- Request special service for the group passengers
- Introduce group name on time and APIS information
- Prepare ticketing mask
- Issue group ticket
- Promote group ICI

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Excellent customer service orientation
- Experience in GDS systems an advantage
- Experience in servicing / travel industry
- Strong sense of negotiation and communication skills
- Patient, hard-working, able to work under pressure
- Be computer literate
- Languages: Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
