Document control
- Oversee, ensure and maintain log for all reports and filings due from all departments.
- Follow up with departments in case of inconsistency of reporting and implement corrective measures until deadlines are maintained.
- Review and screen incoming documents before submitting to CEO and file accordingly;
- Check the business report, AR / AP and auto payment report with accounting;

ISO & Training

- Oversee and assist in documentation matters related to ISO including ISO-SOP training

Administrative

- Handle confidential reports, documents, e-mails, answer telephone calls and take messages for CEO;
- Assist in any legal matters for company;
- Work with HR for the Guangzhou Government Supporting Fund Application;
- Oversee admin issues: fixed assets maintenance in the office; decoration and air condition; food and beverage provision;
- Follow up Company’s SOP, Regulation and company reimbursement regulation.
- Coordinate problems solving matters with ERP company.
- Manage CEO’s calendar and arrange the appointments, and ensure CEO is on schedule and no meetings/appointments are conflicted;
- Arranging any necessary travel/bookings/reservations;
- Follow-up ad-hoc work from CEO;
- Assist with planning of company activities, like the annual dinner and Christmas and New Year party;
- Serve as translator when necessary

Qualifications:
1. Excellent Organizational skills
2. Attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Excellent verbal & written skills.
4. A strong understanding of international relations is helpful.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, Excel, and Access.
5. Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task & take initiative.

Requirements:
1. Minimum two years Administrative/Clerical experience
2. Ability to work under strict confidentiality
