1. At least 10 years'experience on fashion industry, garment/hangbag/SLG/Soft ACC...3 years of management experience is requested.
2. Have a certain base of financial/HR/Administration area
3. Familiar on the suppliers allocation by category,be able to build up the supplier chain, good at supplier sourcing/traing.
4. Good at negotiation.
5. Good at set up the working system and precedure.
6. Good at team spirit build up.
7. Good at the TNA controlling and give guildline to the team.
8. Good at the priories and train the team on setting up their priority.
9. Technical on how on either garment or leather goods.
10. Good at coordinate with different suppliers, between MTL office and China office and supplier.
11. Be flexible on travelling.
