Responsibilities:

? Ensure all products are produced in zero defects by investigating production process, advising best practices and implementing best solution
? Enhance the production efficiency by working closely with the suppliers to work out the best solutions
? Develop suppliers’ mindset on high quality of products, attention on safety standard and cost efficiency
? Identify suppliers’ improvement needs and work out correction actions with suppliers to rectify the problems.
? Enhance suppliers’ knowledge and skills by providing training on international safety standard and coaching suppliers the best practices
? Analyze and review suppliers’ performance in a regular interval so as to recommend effective corrective action plan for suppliers when necessary.
? Ensure relevant departments are always being updated on new quality standards and legal requirements
? Be responsible for ad hoc projects that assigned by line manager or senior management team.
? Able to travel alone both domestic and abroad frequently.

Requirements:
? At least 5 years working experiences in Quality Control/Production Control for hard goods. Working experience in Wooden furniture, Child
? University or polytechnic graduates, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, electron items is a plus
? Hands on quality experience
? Problem solving and analytical skills
? Planning and organizing skills
? Good knowledge of the production flow, QC knowledge and able to provide advice
