- Provide quality and professional customer service to client.
- Various sales activities.
- Compile reports.
- Response to customers' enquiries.
- Create, prepare & maintain materials for sales presentations, tender. sample, and quotation.
- Handle complaints.
- Maintain database of images, products and prices.
- Order issuing, order follow up, monitor products quality and delivery.
- Maintain strong business relationship with customers, sales, logistic & purchasing team.
- Coordinate trade shows, and other related duties as assigned by the Sales Director.
- Business travelling may be requested, but not frequent.
(Logistic)
- Provide quality and professional logistics service to clients.
- Response to customers' enquiries and emails.
- Manage & arrange the logistic flow of goods, including local transportation, delivery,coordinate and consolidate shipments, handling customs and I/E regulations, customs & duty administration etc. Manage and follow up on schedule, compile reports on progress of work, freight costs, and shipment status.
- Price and terms negotiation. Handle complaints.
- Shipping documents issuing.
- Work closely with sales, purchasing and other functional team to link forecasts to inventory management.
Skills:
- Degree holder in related discipline.
- Experience in sales and logistics in trading company is highly preferred.
- Working experience in hotel supplies industry is and advantage.
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Mandarin and Cantonese is a MUST.
- Excellent command of computer literacy in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Experience in Handling China clients would be an advantage.
