1.University graduate preferably in Business, Finance , IT or other related disciplines.
2. 5+ years experience in business requirement gathering or application functional design.
3. 5+ years experience in life insurance and specialized in life product knowledge and features.
4. A professional Certification in Rational Object Oriented Analysis and Design/ Rational Requirements Management with Use Cases Certification / Rational Unified Process Certification is preferred
5. Previous testing experience will be a credit.
6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required.
7. Strong business acumen and service mindset.
8. The candidate must be organized, structured and be able to do detailed work and documentation.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal and documentation skills. Fluency in English speaking and writing is essential.
10. Cantonese speaking is important.
11. Experience in UI design and prototype is preferable.
12. Working experience in Asia countries, with understanding of the country characteristics, cultures and work style is an advantage.
13. Be able to make occasional travel to other Asian countries as needs arise.
