Cycle time calculation and efficiency improvement with WCM approaches
Industrialization study on new products
Evolutions of the "methods" and working methods
Pilot the project overall productivity
Respect of the safety, environmental and quality procedures.
As WCM EEM pillar leader, to implement EEM principle and realized the equipment std. targets:
 -- cost saving (initial/running cost), high quality and less L/T
RESPONSIBILITY 职 位 描 述：
1.At the request of Process Engineering, Engineering methods supports the study of industrialization of new products
starting from the prototype phase:
*Product Approach
* Assembly working instruction
* rganisation hypotesis quotation
* Detailled analyze from the hypotesis finally choosen
* Flows optimization and implementation
2.Each step is being presented for approval
3.The supplier and the customer is the Process Engineer. The engineering methods will have to work with support
related people
4.The method engineer will be entrusted the project management plans or progress of a technical or
Organizational (Example: Project Steering ergonomics, overall productivity)

Lead/Resposible for the analysis of the different SMT line load/satuation with the support of SMT technology leader and PE
according to the technicity of the product and the commercial forecasts. The technologist will as well help to define
according to the load calculation, how many SMT lines are needed regarding the forecasts (for the budget, 5 years plan...)
-Safety and Environment :
"- Aware about environment and security policy and applies the procedures, comply with the requirements of Safety and environment

   Management system
- Study the technical method to respect the rules of ergonomics for each working station
- Pilot corrective actions related to ergonomic workstations following requirement from National Standard Classified Standard
   of Labour lntensity at Work
-- Raising awareness of risk prevention and security environment, it ensures compliance with rules and instructions that were
   provided (Port PPE, waste sorting, ...) in order to prevent accidents and incidents.

- Quality:
- Assure the customer satisfaction, continuously improving the level of benefits (products, services) in line with the
 company quality System
 -Prevention awareness of standards and procedures of safety

11.Support the EEM pillar activity and push WCM to expand in MMGZ
12.Strictly follow the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001,TS 16949 requirements
13.Complete work task delegated by higer leader

Job Requirement岗位要求：
 1.+5 years experiences as IE in manufacturing field, Automotive industry is preferred
- Method engineering/Industrial engineering
- Additional method training (MTM, ergonomics)
- strong leadship to manage the EEM pillar
- Position Analysis: MTM analysis, timing, range of work, mode of operation
- Flow Management
- Ergonomics
