职位描述：
-Focus on manufacturing process improvement and drive for efficiency
- factory standard cost maintenance
-monthly actual cost calculation with breakdown to each SKU and product
-Variance analysis on material, labor and overhead
-unit labor price calculation for each production action
-Monthly review with factories to ensure all action has been taken in cost control
-Prepare quarterly budget, forecast and weekly indicator to ensure fulfillment of planning process

Qualification:
- graduated in accounting or finance management
-At least 5 years costing experience in a big sizeable factory
-standard cost and variance analysis experience
-Flooring factory experience
-Excellent English ability, No barriers in communication with foreigners.
