Job Duties:
The job holder will have to perform the following duties:
? Assist in detailed requirements analysis, strategy and estimation.
? Assist in test automation requirements analysis, strategy and estimation
? Design of reusable test scripts and test data
? Test Execution and defect management
? Analyze test result and report test status
? Ensure tractability between requirements and test cases
? Participate in knowledge management activities and defect prevention activities
? Collect and analyze test metrics

Candidate Requirements:
Candidates should possess the following skills or qualification:

? With 1+ years experience in software testing
? 1 year or above develop experience like C/C++, Java, Visual Basic/VBScript
? Experienced in test automation Knowledge in HP Quick Test Professional would be benefit
? Basic knowledge of OS platform as UNIX and DB system like Sybase, Oracle or SQL Server.
? Basic knowledge of banking principles and operations would be beneficial.
? Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
? Effective communication skills in spoken and written English.
? Be able to work under pressure to complete the project in tight schedule in a cost effective way
? Good planning skills and quick response for the change
