职位描述
Overall Job Responsibility:
· Create alignment with Nike's sustainable manufacturing & sourcing (SM&S) strategy and lead the team to collaborate with our factory partners and identify factory capability building opportunities related with Sustainable Manufacturing Performance strategic priorities through assessment activities and help support the development of programs for continuous improvement
· Proactively support the implementation of all SM&S initiatives, including areas of Labor Relations, HRM practices, HSE compliance, Environmental Sustainability & Energy Efficiency
· Establish relationships with local regulatory labor and environmental agencies, NGOs and external stakeholders according to Nike's strategies
· Build and maintain a strong relationship with sourcing teams, government affairs, and other business unit leadership to develop an integrated approach with factory partners
· Track local laws, regulations and voluntary standards concerning sustainable manufacturing practices, communicate to contract factories leadership and Nike sourcing teams as needed
· Perform work in support of Nike Inc. integrated SM&S plans; demonstrates link between daily work and company mission; participates in initiatives, programs or products with moderate visibility
· Identify manufacturing closed-loop opportunities within the supply chain and propose implementation of projects to optimize resources efficiency where it is possible
· Promote the development of the team and ensure that they are equipped to succeed and provide input to Regional Director on succession and career planning for all team members
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or above in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, Industrial Hygiene/Safety, Business Administration or a related field
· More than 10 years' working experience in implementing sustainable business solutions in a manufacturing environment
· Good command of English speaking, writing and comprehension
· Strong Communication skills with internal and external customers
· Well organized, detail oriented and timely in a business setting
· Professional computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
· Must be able to work within factory environment
· Team player
