Understand the pricing preambles, bills of quantities, rate book and schedule of rates in the contract document.

To attend to site measurements and verify the submission of as built quantities by contractor.

To measure quantities from drawings and other engineering information

To keep current the registry of Job Confirmation Form (JCF) and Work Completion Form (WCF), including the estimated value of each

To challenge and negotiate settlement of valuation of JCF and WCF with the Contractor

To update the cost forecast / budget reporting spreadsheets

To support site team members for matters relating to quantity surveying such as scope of work split, budgetary allocation, interpretation of contract.

Gross checking of quantities provided by the engineering team

Keep track of free issue materials provided by Company and to report excessive wastage or damage

Provide cost estimates for changes and additional work

Prepare and sign off remeasurement reports after closing out each line item

参加现场测量，验证由承包商提交的建造工料量

从图纸及其他工程信息来衡量工料

跟进工作确认表（JCF）和工作完成表（WCF）的登记

跟新成本预测/预算电子表格

就工料测量有关事宜，如工作范围分割,预算分配,合同解释，来协助现场小组成员

核查工程师团队所提供的用料

跟踪公司免费提供的材料，通报过度的浪费或损坏

提供更改和额外工作的成本估计

在每个排列项结束后，准备并签署重新计算报告

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

？ A degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying or other related engineering field. Candidate with lesser academic qualification but relevant work experience may be considered

？ Computer literate, able to operate spreadsheets

？ 3-5 years of work experience in oil/gas or marine industry

？ Able to read/write English and Chinese

工料测量或其他相关工程方面的学位。不是相关专业，但是有相关工作经验的也可考虑。

熟练使用电脑，电子表格

3-5年在石油天然气或海洋工程方面的工作经验

良好的中英文会话与书写能力。

要求：中英文简历，近照一张。

现因某大型石油天然气行业跨国公司的业务需要，特招聘海工类职位，年薪15-50万元。要求有相关职位大型项目工作经验。主要职位有：船体结构、管系、机械设备、电气仪表、涂装、HSE、QC、采购、供应链、文职等。
