JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Mission:
Take responsibility for project management for the whole SDLC
Take responsibility for framework and system design
Be responsible for project plan, testing and implementation
Work with product manager to generate product road map and approach.
Work with IT director to deliver a technology strategy to fulfill business requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage project plan and delivery on time with quality
2.Review and approve business requirement
3.Generate framework and design standard
4.Design, build and manage the technology infrastructure and services
5.Work together with operation team to support business user
6.Identify system risk in technical point of view and propose preventive action
7.Setup development methodology
8.Coordinate with global IT development team on technical part for global project localization and integration
9.Interacts with the 3rd party outsourcing vendor on development, testing and implementation.
10.Support system maintenance and service for end user

REQUIREMENTS

Education:
Bachelor or above

Business Experience:
1.Experience of working at all levels within a foreign multinational organisation
2.Strong commercial acumen with proven track record of working with colleagues and customers to support business growth
3.Experience of managing 3rd party outsourcing development vendor

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Behavior:
1.10 years IT experience
2.Strong understanding and analytical skills
3.Strong ability to interview and elicit the end user to prepare the business requirement
4.Strong ability to analyze and refine business requirements, get doubts clarified
5.Master design pattern and frameworks
6.Rich experience on web development of .NET, Java, PHP
7.Master RMDB: MS SQL and Oracle
8.High level of personal drive and able to work unsupported
9.Results focused
10.Excellent communication skill, fluent English speaking and writing
