职位描述:

1、负责所有销售相关行为管理与执行，实现并超出收入估测，并为会员及宾客提供满意服务；

2、协助销售中心团队并指导其电话销售及会馆参观技巧，保证整个团队执行统一标准；

负责组建销售团队。
3. 建立并维护船厂、游艇代理公司与国内潜在客户的关系，领导团队达成销售目标。
4. 进行市场机遇分析，制定营销策略。
5. 协助总经理制定以及更新销售计划。
6. 不断地积累行业信息，寻求商业机遇。
7. 定期拜访客户以及跟踪客户需求。
8. 建立并维护与高端客户的关系。
9. 负责开辟并维护直接的销售渠道。
10. 负责与游艇商的沟通与交流。

任职资格：
1. 具有1年以上的国内外游艇销售经验或奢侈品牌销售经验者优先。
2. 具有从事国际奢侈品牌工作2年以上经验者优先。
3. 热爱游艇事业及航海文化。
4. 沟通协调能力强，具备优秀的谈判技巧。
5. 英文良好。
6. 市场营销、工程、机械等相关专业毕业优先。
7. 对市场及销售有敏捷的反应及分析能力。
8. 较强的团队合作精神。
