工作职责：
1、负责执行人事行政规章制度、流程；
2、负责员工绩效考核核算；
3、按照公司战进行招聘工作；
4、负责员工的入职、培训、离职等事务的管理；
5、员工关系的协调管理工作；
6、负责公司会议的组织与会后执行跟踪工作；
7、负责公司固定资产登记管理工作；
8、负责公司活动的组织策划工作。
9、ISO体系的运行及执行监督。
任职资格
1、人力资源管理或相关专业，大专以上学历；
2、对人力资源管理各个职能模块均有了解，熟悉国家相关的政策、法律法规；
3、具备良好的人际交往能力、亲和力、组织协调、沟通能力；较强的计划性和实施执行的能力；
