此职位必须有咨询行业从业经验，无相关经历请勿投，有CSR从业经验优先。
一．主管公司CSR项目包括咨询和培训项目的开发，运作以及协调。包括：
1）向客户推广项目，洽谈项目报价，起草和准备项目计划
2) 根据客户要求能独立设计项目,包括培训架构,日程,培训资料,反馈和跟踪流程
2）根据客户要求和道思标准运作咨询和培训项目包括项目排期和运作，根据客户和道思标准撰写和编辑审核或咨询报告，对项目服务和报告质量进行管控
3）与客户沟通并妥善处理咨询/培训工厂过程中的事宜或突发情况和客户抱怨
4）根据客户市场需要和道思商业计划开发新的服务产品
二．带领和支持项目团队成功开展项目
1） 建立公司内部资料库包括咨询/培训工具，社会责任相关法律法规标准和文档，培训流程和咨询模块，咨询和培训报告模板和标准，并对以资料库和公司网页进行更新。
2）对团队进行沟通和培训，使团队成员能熟练使用公司内部资料，指导并支持团队按道思的质量标准和客户标准做项目。
3）负责团队的年度培训计划和团队成员的绩效评估；招聘选拔团队成员当有需要时
A. Develop, operate, coordinate CSR training and auditing projects:
1）Act as a service channel between the clients and TAOS, communicate with clients including promoting the projects, negotiating the project budget, drafting and preparing the project proposal;
2）Operate the audit and training projects according to clients’ requirements including scheduling the projects, conducting and projects, writing audit and training project reports and submitting to clients, quality control of TAOS services and reports.
3） Deal with the emergency and customer complains during the project service, ensure the quality of TAOS service meet the clients’ requirements.
4) Develop new service products according to customer requirements and TAOS business plan
B. Lead and support project teams to achieve the customer requirements successfully:
1) Establish company internal projects database including audit & training tools, CSR related legal standards & documents, audit processes & training modules, audit and training report’s format and standards, and update the above mentioned project database & TAOS webpage timely.
2) Communicate and train the team members to use the internal project database proficiently, guide and support the team to conduct the projects according the TAOS quality standards and clients’ requirements.
3) Be responsible for team’s annual training plan and team members’ annual performance review; recruit or select the team member when necessary.
