职位描述：
一、工作职责
1、负责招聘的初步工作，包括公司的招聘宣传和人员的初步筛选；
2、新人员录用入职手续办理；
3、处理员工的调配、考核晋升、解聘、离退申请报批手续；
4、员工福利发放、奖惩等工作；
5、推行公司各类规章制度的实施；
6、公司日常行政管理的运作；
7、负责员工的考勤，审核员工请假、调休、旷工、迟到，及各种休假备案；
8、各类活动的组织；
9、负责各类办公用品的发放及管理；
10、组织会议的召开、会议记录、各项决定的公布等工作；
11、上级交待的其他工作。

二、任职要求
1、大专及以上学历，人力资源管理或行政管理专业， 1年以上外贸公司人事行政工作经验；
2、熟练操作办公软件；
3、熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，并能实际操作运用；
4、具备良好的沟通、协调、组织、分析、应变能力，能很好地处理各种人际矛盾、冲突等；
5、客观、严谨、责任心强及良好的团队管理合作能力。

三、工作时间
单休周：周一至周六09：00~12：00 13：30~18：30
双休周：周一至周五09：00~12：00 13：30~18：30
