职位描述：
Requirement
1. Degree holder, major in mechanical or related;
2. Minimum 5 years design experience in a foreign investment company
3. Skills in using 3D design software;skills in CAD/PDM system is an advantage;
4. Have good understanding on design parts in steel sheet, plastic molding, aluminum die casting, extrusions and electro-circuit parts. Also a deep understanding must exist on how to create an international drawing and state the appropriated tolerances and other requirements in a correct way.
5. Good material knowledge is a must.
6. Fluent English and Chinese in writing and speaking
7. Candidate must proof his/her skills by some kind of documentation and also be prepared to be questioned on technical matters to confirm.1. Design products according to product specification and meet the project objectives. Select materials and processes that at least meet or exceed the requirements to the lowest cost.
8. Must know the basics in efficient and smoothly work in project teams.
9. Preparing and set up BOM list into production system.

Responsibility
1. Create and release drawings for tooling and production that meets international standard requirements.
2. To the best of their ability, to bring new technologies and development into the project and development team.
3. Perform mechanical, chemical and thermal load analyze.
4. Design products align with safety standards and other applicable legislation
5. Produce and evaluate/analyze prototypes.
6. Make products robust in production and use.
7. Design for manufacturing
8. That design work is carried out in line with established design directives (where such exist).
9. That the functionality of complex components and solutions is tested and finally approved by the Design manager. Consultation with other internal or external expertise to be done when necessary.
10. To hold a technical dialogue with suppliers that develop the product as well as the project. All correspondence with the supplier must take place with the knowledge of purchasing (copies of e-mails or entries in the project journal).
11. After 0-series and validation, to bear responsibility for any design changes related to product development. 举报 分享
