职位描述：

岗位职责：
1、负责公司前台接待及电话接转
2、公司来访人员的接待和安排
3、负责日常办公室事务，如：订水、订报，信件、包裹的安排及与快递公司的联系

4、负责销售人员订单打单跟进，售前售后的工作

任职要求：
1、高中及以上学历，形象气质佳，性格开朗，待人热诚，有较强的服务意识
2、工作热情积极、细致耐心、责任心强
3、具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，懂得基本的商务礼仪，能灵活应变
4、一年以上相关工作经验，熟练使用电脑及办公软件
5、熟悉前台工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备。 备注：请附近照
