职位描述：
Demand Planning:
Consolidate monthly sales forecasts, demand plan from internaland external sales. Develop and manage demand plan as well as FA. Reflect the Product Phase-in and Phase out in monthly demand plan.Follow the IBP process to drive the demand review. Get the output from product review and prepare the input for Supply Review. Manage the order fulfill rate to improve the customer satisfaction. Track the actual sales, forecast, order coverage and ORT weekly, and to provide risk analysis report. Work with sales team for continual improvement projects and commercial business.
Inside Sales:
Collect and manage sales contract from existing customers. As the key interface with customers for supply and delivery issues. Be responsible for change management of forecast and FA improvement. As the interface with customers for any complaint handling and response. Sales data report and analysis.
Sales Analysis:
Country Level Sales Analysis. Prepare the material for SCM meeting. Monthly Sales report consolidation. Arrange the Sales meeting. Workout the commercial planning Calendar & Milestone. Build up CRM database to support commercial business stategy. 举报 分享
