职位描述：
Production Project Engineer/生产项目工程师

Main Responsibilities:
主要职责

-Be responsible for the delivery date of each assigned project.
为每个分配项目的交期负责
-Resolve the production issue with supplier to meet the quality and delivery target.
和供应商一起解决生产问题，以便达到品质和交期目标
-Report progress for all project Base Lines.
及时跟进汇报所有项目的相关信息，进度，产品数量， 品质问题等
-Input into the setting & sign-off MS Project Base Lines for every assigned project.
使用MS Project 跟进汇报所安排的项目进度
-Maintain on-going supplier relations.
处理好现有供应商的关系
-Interact and support for Marketing and Quality departments.
与市场部及品质部门交叉合作完成生产任务
-Involve in supplier approval audits in conjunction with Quality department.
与品质部一起审核供应商

Qualifications：
任职资格
-Have plenty of production experience of Casting and CNC Machining. Much more other process experience much better, such as punching, bending, welding, forging, surface treatment etc.
有丰富的铸造和CNC加工经验，了解其它工艺经验越多越好, 如冲压，折弯，焊接，锻造，表面处理等
-Ability to investigate and analyze to resolve the production issue independently.
能够独立调查分析以解决生产问题。
-Good skills of communication and comprehension, has the ability to manage a supplier relationship and coordinate with other internal dept.
良好的沟通和理解能力，能处理好与供应商的关系，并且协调好与公司内部其它部门的合作。
-Acceptable level of spoken & written English.
一定的英语听说读写能力
-Ability to read & understand engineering drawings.
能阅读并明白工程图纸
-Ability to use ProE & SolidWorks, if can use Procast will be a plus.
懂得使用 ProE & SolidWorks，如能使用Procast更佳
-Knowledge of MS Project or ability to learn with appropriate training.
懂得使用MS Project或经过短期培训能使用
-Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
能使用一般的办公软件， 例如MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook等。
