Job Requirements ? The key responsibilities of this role will be :
？ Researching German unmatched checks and wire transfer payments
？ Processing Payment Exception and Account Adjustment for eBay Sellers
？ Online payment reconciliation and verification
？ Operational data summary and analysis
? The scope includes the operational processes of billing and payment related research tasks. The reoccurring tasks will be measured against pre-defined service levels and quality objectives.
Basic Qualifications: ? Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Management
? Knowledge of e-commerce and online payment (Credit Card/ Debit Card)
? Working hard with great responsibility
? Experience with MS Office Excel/Word/PowerPoint
? Excellent communication skills. Fluent English (CET 6) is preferred.
? Willing to accept and function in a constantly changing, fast paced environment
? Flexible and willing to take on different tasks as needed
