职位描述：
【咖啡培训师】：具有良好的咖啡技术系统基础，全面了解咖啡基础知识和原理，并拥有特色课程研发能力，能根据学员的个性、需求、能力进行课程设计并开发个性化培训方案，实现真正的培训实用性，帮助学员实现培训价值。目前主要需求板块老师就职于广东省咖啡人才中心，分别为：精品系统导师、 意式创意研发系统导师、设备系统导师、创业系统导师。

工作内容： 
1. 负责公司员工、学员的咖啡知识培训，咖啡设备操作培训。 
2、跟进并建立学员的培训档案，根据学员的特色进行课程开发和个性化定制工作。
3. 负责撰写培训材料和公司相关产品（咖啡设备与咖啡豆）的文本介绍的更新。
4、根据市场需求以及专业需求自主研发特色课程。
5. 配合经销商与终端客户开业的售前培训及产品推介。 
6. 其他相关工作。


任职要求： 
1. 会做意式花样咖啡、手冲咖啡、调酒、饮品研发。
2. 有培训经验、管理经验者优先考虑。
3. 熟练使用office办公软件，良好的书面编辑能力。 
4. 身体健康，喜欢咖啡文化。
5.若无相关行业知识与技能，需要接受岗前培训。

薪资待遇：
1、面试、考核通过者入职我司广东省咖啡人才中心：底薪+奖金（以行业平均薪酬范围3500—4500）
2、秉承爱惜人才的原则：我们咖啡驿提供专业的系列培训业务（涉及部分专利培训需由培训师进行教学评估，部分培训根据行业专利需要培训收费）；培训结束后可由咖啡驿集团提供对应入职岗位，欢迎想进军餐饮行业的同行兴趣朋友前来咨询交流；
3、入职后，由公司结合人才情况制定职业规划方案，晋升仕途快，给你餐饮行业多元化、专业化的发展平台，让你与咖啡驿平台共成长；
4、工作地点：天河区/越秀区/或其他（视分店、分部门情况而定）；
工作时间：周一到周五 9:00-18:00（可午休）、周末双休
