职位描述：

Title: Project Engineer /连接器项目工程师

Location: Zhuhai, Guangdong/广东珠海

Responsibility:

1. Manage programs from initiation through delivery, driving the progress thru BOM set up, first article schedule, product tests, document preparation, fixture preparation, component delivery to expedite delivery.

2. Organize meetings and conference calls to resolve open issues between to minimize the gaps between customer expectation and internal capability.

3. Follow Amphenol product development process and work closely with engineering and manufacturing team to ensure program tasks are appropriately completed by team members.

4. Ensure product meets customer requirements (specifications, quality, deliverable dates, etc).

5. Coordinate design changes and coordinate changes are communicated and implemented thru functional teams.

6. Manage project lists and update the status daily.

7. Oversee new product introductions, collaborate with PM, supply chain, engineering, and operations teams to implement creative, cutting edge solutions to solve complex supply chain problems.

8. Drive the sample test and delivery.

9. Work with sourcing team to work out costs of products.

Job requirements:

1. College's degree or above, with engineering background;

2. 3 years+ experience of project management, in automotive or auto components industrial is preferred; with product design or manufacturing experience is preferred.

3. Experience of directly access to customers, good communication and negotiation skills.

4. Experience of managing complex and multiple program, can handle work pressure.

5. Good written English, fluent oral English is preferred but not a must.
