职位描述：
职位描述
1、与设计师联合负责公司多功能太阳眼镜产品外观以及功能的开发、规划、设计及管理工作；

2、组织实施产品开发及发展策略，建立有效的分析、评估体系，保障产品开发及推广效果；

3、 把握市场需求和趋势，敏锐捕捉新品种、新成分、新概念等信息，拟定该电子产品相关产品开发方案；

4、跟进与工厂的新品及包材选定、产品打样、定价及标签制作等事宜开发进度，撰写新品立项文案及产品说明书等；

5、负责编制新产品相关制作工艺、品质标准及流程；

6、完成上级领导临时安排的其它事项；



任职要求：

1、能够用英语作为工作语言；（此项不符者勿投）

2、三年以上电子产品开发（采购）经验或相关工作背景，精通其工艺及生产管理流程；

3、拥有电子产品采购渠道和成本控制经验；有一定的电器电子理论知识基础；

4、熟悉各种电子产品工艺及原料特点；

5、 计划性强，能制定新品开发时间表，并把握好每一个时间点；

6、能独立分析处理各种生产问题；

7、有一定团队管理经验，协调能力及亲和力强，善于与客户和工厂沟通；

8、工作认真踏实，有责任心，有良好的团队合作精神及对外沟通能力；

9、熟悉多功能太阳眼镜等高科技产品优先考虑； 举报 分享
