职位描述：
Role: Develop and implement manufacturing systems, technologies, and production plans to fulfil current and future customer needs.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Leadership – Coordinate a team of production leaders, planners and warehouse staff to maximize their contribution and morale.
2. Quality – Ensure high levels of quality are achieved.
3. Production Planning – Develop production plans to meet customer commitments.
4. Shop-floor Controls – Manage production team leaders to achieve daily and weekly plans. Ensure machines are maintained to a high standard.
5. Warehouse Management – Ensure materials are controlled and that the warehouse is kept clean and organized at all times.
6. Product Development – Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to develop and produce new products.

Environment: The person will be located at the aXCaliba factory and will also have a desk allocated at our modern, customized offices at Tianan Technology Park, Panyu. The company culture is open and predominantly westernized.

This position reports to the Managing Director (English speaking).

1. Factory presentation (Housekeeping is very important)

4. Inventory Control
5. Labor Productivity
6. Material control and efficiency





The Person: The successful candidate should be smart, hardworking, and committed to finding innovative ways to achieve success. Ability to manage and lead people to achieve plans is critical. Adequate written and spoken English is essential. At least 4 to 6 years’ experience in a factory environment including 3 years supervisor and management experience. A thorough knowledge of metal working processes such as bending, forming, polishing and laser processes is an advantage. The person must have a driving license and be a competent driver.

This position is an opportunity for a person currently in a Production Superiors role who has ambitions to develop their career.

Remuneration:

1. An attractive remuneration package is offered, including: base salary, allowances and bonuses. (up to RMB220k per annum) Remuneration will be based on experience and record.
2. Performance bonuses are available quarterly and annually based on personal, team and company performance. (approximately 20% of base salary)
