岗位描述：
1、协助法律部经理开展部门制度建设，建立风险管理体系及相应体系建设，开展内部法律培训
2、完善集团管理制度和管理平台，指导监督下属公司执行公司管理制度；
3、参与调研、起草公司规章制度，负责公司规章制度的合法合规性审核
4、整理保管文件合同、档案资料，协助监督公司各类合同及法律文本的履行
5、检查集团部门操作流程、业务进度、档案整理的规范性。

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，法律、人力、中文、管理及相关专业
2、熟练操作办公软件
3、工作态度认真负责，具有团队意识、独立思考意识，勤勉敬业，性格开朗
4、具备较强的写作能力、分析和解决问题能力
5、一年以上企业工作经验或对企业管理有一定的认识了解的，优秀的应届毕业生亦可，文学艺术类有专长 举报 分享
