职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责：
1. Work as refrigeration specialist, provide concept design based on exiting model and customers’ requirements till design approve from supervisors or customers 根据现有的模型和客户的要求，提供达到主管和客户要求的设计
2. Create all products’ technical related documents, included but not limited to 3D, 2D, BOM, process routing, spec sheets, user manuals within engineering system, till new products’ development are finalized 创建的所有产品的技术文件，包括但不限于3D、2D、BOM、工艺路线、规格表、用户手册等直到产品完成。
3. Lead in components’ sourcing and validation, setup supply chain and product standards in prototype stage 零部件的采购和验证，在初始阶段建立供应链和产品标准。
4. Following up with the whole product life cycle, ensuring new product development project runs smoothly and on time 跟进整个产品的生命周期，确保新产品开发项目的顺利进行和按时完成。
5. Provide technical support to production QC and after sales service team in trouble 为生产质量控制和售后服务团队提供技术支持。
6. Shooting and quality improvements, ensuring Franke products are meet high quality standards and in continue improvement cycle 拍摄和质量改进，确保弗兰卡产品在改进周期符合高质量标准。
7. Setup GMP refrigeration standard, build stable quality system into manufacturing process在制造过程中， 建立GMP标准建立质量稳定的制冷系统。
8. Execute GMP refrigeration application engineering related tasks 执行GMP制冷应用工程相关的任务。

Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in refrigeration or mechanical engineering fields 本科以上学历，制冷或机械制造相关专业
3 to 8 years Product development experiences, experience in sheet metal or commercial refrigerator industry, home appliance working experience is preferred 3-8年产品经验，有金属制品或商用制冷设备、家用电器设备工作经验者优先考虑
Good at structure design with 3D software 擅长结构设计，熟悉使用3D绘图软件
Good knowledge of electrical or product certification regulations 熟悉电气或产品认证法规
Deep understanding of refrigeration product design, testing and manufacturing process 对制冷产品设计、测试和制造工艺有深刻了解 举报 分享
