工作职责：
1、理赔案件的日常处理；
2、处理理赔查询和投诉；
3、编制日常报表；


职位要求：
1、本科以上学历,主修英语或外贸专业,英语六级；
2、至少1年以上的相关工作经验,有外贸工作经验者优先考虑；
3、良好的英语能力, 流利的粤语和普通话, 熟练操作Microsoft 软件；
4、良好的沟通能力, 适应能力强；
5、诚实认真、耐心细致、积极主动；
