工作职责:
-按照公司的战略计划负责指定区域代理渠道的拓展；
-为目标代理渠道提供培训和指导；
-配合代理渠道及业务代理人实施业务营销活动；
-完成业务目标；
-协助代理渠道保单和报价单的处理流程；
-为业务代理人提供及时服务;

职位要求:
-大专以上学历；
-两年以上工作经验，具有保险从业经验或渠道销售工作经验优先；
-良好的沟通和表达能力，能承受工作压力；
-性格开朗外向，具有追求成功的动力，乐意与人打交道。
