Key Responsibilities:

-Auto claims handling(investigation, pricing, negotiation, adjusting, salvage and subrogation, etc.)
-Major loss reporting (SAR, LND preparation, etc.)
-Customer service
-Other jobs as assigned by the Auto Claims Manager

Requirements:

-College degree or above,majored in Auto repair or has medical background
-3-5 years auto claims(vehicle damage, bodily injury) handling experience in top 10 auto insurers in China
-Familiar with whole process auto claims handling
-Integrity No. 1
-Proactive
-Customer focused
-Good problem solving skills

-Basic English communication skills
