Main Duties:

-Handles daily underwriting works within guidelines and required turnaround time
-Control loss ratio within budgeted level and assist department to achieve financial goals
-Gather market information and build up target account list
-Identify and develop key producers and co-work with them to conclude business
-Provide technical support to producers and present Chartis marine strength to client if need.
-Regular interaction/sharing with channels and promote marine business in accordance with department direction/risk appetite

Requirements:
-University graduate or above, major in insurance, logistics or maritime related major is an advantage
-3-4 years work experiences or above including at least one year experiences in marine underwriting or loss adjusting
-Mature personality, good presentation and communication skills
-Good command of English in both writing and speaking
-Strong business acumen and analytical skills
-Can make decision efficiently under pressure
