职责范围:
-协助旅游险经理进行产品的设计、包装及发布
-负责旅游保险产品销售渠道的开拓及管理
-制订有创意及有效的营销计划
-对各销售渠道的营销人员进行产品知识及销售技巧的培训
-定期准备业务数据分析及报告


素质要求:
-大专以上学历，经济或市场营销专业优先；
-二年以上工作经验，具有旅游相关行业、商务洽谈、项目管理经验优先；
-良好的组织策划能力和销售技巧
-良好的沟通和表达能力
-愿意在广东省内出差
