Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide customer service and IT support to users.
Assist in development of PABX/IPT project and new IT technology.
Maintain and monitor Windows Server and PABX/IPT system.
To work with users, vender closely to resolve Windows, PABX/IPT issues and identify. practical solutions.
Technical support and technical training to end-users.
Conform to standard procedures as prescribed according to the IT Operations Manual.
Resolve issues and handle requests reported.
Perform helpdesk workflow procedures.
Update and maintain the hardware and software inventory.
Upkeep and ensure LAN and WAN security, integrity and protection against unauthorized access or intrusion.

Candidate Specification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, relevant IT qualification.
minimum1 years of relevant desk side experience and PABX/IPT, call center experience
Strong Troubleshooting and Resolution of Clients side issues
Windows OS (XP & Server 2003), Outlook, MS Office, Remote Support, VPN, Mcafee Antivirus, Printers & software‘s Knowledge.
Strong knowledge of PABX/IPT technologies and call center system
Strong Cisco networking device maintenance, and obtain Cisco related certifications.
Experience in various customer situations and complex problem solving.
Strong communications skills.
Proactive and a team player.
