1． 主要职责：
？ 接听客户及业务人员的产品及操作流程咨询电话
？ 根据流程规定，协助客户及业务员跟进相关事宜
？ 处理客户投诉


2． 要求:
？ 善于与人沟通，善于聆听及有条理地表达自己
？ 较强的自我情绪调节能力，乐观
？ 积极主动，学习能力及适应能力强
？ 能适应在压力下工作
？ 大专或以上学历，国语、粤语流利，懂英文，有一定英语口语能力尤佳
？ 有呼叫中心或客户服务相关工作经验者优先考虑
？ 打字速度快，中文打字速度要求每分钟40字以上
