Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Processing claims to ensure prompt and equitable settlements of claims.

2.Interpreting insurance contracts, determining policy coverages and establishing reserves.

3.Investigating losses by ordering investigative reports and obtaining appropriate statements from insureds and witnesses.

4.Ensuring completion of necessary forms and processing payments within a prescribed authority level and adjusts reserves.

5.Negotiating with insured, claimants, insurers and third party insurers in order to settle claims.

6.Site investigation and report preparation.

7.Prepare reports for management / CIRC, as necessary.

Candidate Specification:

1.University degree, major in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology or Law

2.1-3 years working experiences,

3.Excellent data analysis skill

4.Self-motivated, Self-confident and Open minded

5.Good communication skill

6.Good English skill

7.Familiar with MS Office application software, e.g. Excel, Word, PPT
