工作职责：

-执行“业务规范”（Best Practices）的各项内容；

-确保业务分部持续稳定地完成业绩；

-持续而有计划地招聘高质素的业务主任；

-向业务主任提供有效的业务培训以提升其整体业务能力；

-采取有效的方法激励业务主任保持高昂的士气及足够的活动量；

-制定有效的业务策略及行动计划并切实执行。

职位要求：

- 本科以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、经济或保险专业优先；

- 3年以上外资公司销售或渠道管理经验；

- 在顺德市工作；

- 英语读写熟练；

- 良好的沟通技巧；

- 良好的商业敏锐度；

- 良好的抗压能力；

- 积极主动地发现问题并能找出创新性的解决办法。
