岗位职责：
1.检查电话营销代表接听及呼出的电话，按既定的服务标准作电话处理技巧及质量的评估，并提出建设性的反馈意见。
2.协助建立质量评估系统，并持续对电话联络中心质保计划进行总结及协调更新，以确保满足部门业务发展的需要和达到客户满意度。
3.根据市场趋向和部门发展情况合理制定和更新电话服务质量标准。
4.根据部门质量评估情况，向电话中心经理提出
a)改善服务品质的建议；
b)相关培训需求建议与计划，以确保前线销售员工具备充足的业务知识及销售和服务技巧。
5.协助建立和优化员工激励制度。
6.根据业务情况，可能需要在周末工作。

岗位要求：
1.大专或以上学历；
2.熟悉保险知识；
3.有电话中心质保经验；
4.具备良好的倾听，异议处理能力，能听懂粤语或上海话优先考虑；
5.良好的人际沟通技巧，能有效地与各阶层的人士进行沟通；
6.熟练操作和运用计算机；
7.工作责任心强，能长时间在压力下独立工作，具有长期服务意向；
8.学习能力强，良好的团队协作者。
