Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Work pro-actively with business/system analysts, suppliers and subject matter experts to lead/co-ordinate in Auto area
2.Provision of IT consultancy.
3.High level impact assessments across systems based on high level scope / business requirements.
4.Shaping, prioritization and phasing of business requirements to provide best fit with system(s) functionality and delivery capability.
5.Production of detailed requirements and functional design to ensure completeness and coherence as the development progresses to meet business requirements and to fit with high level design.
6.Review/sign off of testing strategies, plans, criteria and results to ensure delivery to business requirements and customer satisfaction
7.Collects data and issue from end users, analyzes production and system problems, identifies root cause,documents and communicates findings
8.Evaluates and makes recommendations from a business perspective, the feasibility of designing/revising new or existing systems
9.May participate in developing unit objectives to align with overall business plan.

Candidate Specification:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, relevant IT qualification.
2.At least 5 years relevant experience in insurance system supporting or deployment in Auto area.
3.Knowledge of development lifecycles and strong experience of initial stages of lifecycles
4.Experience to handle development project with small team (both BAs and developers), and able to work under pressure.
5.Experience on handling projects with formal project management methodology
6.Good knowledge of the business processes supported and a good understanding of the associated insurance systems.
7.Ability to work at a conceptual level where business objectives & requirements may not be well defined
8.Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and communicate in business language
9.Planning, Negotiating, Analytical and Problem Solving skills
10.Strong communication skills (both English and Chinese), verbal, written and active listening
11.Experience working in multi-national company environment, a good team player.
12.Willing to travel
