We manufacture high-quality products for the packaging industry and operate several production lines in Germany and abroad. Our corporate culture allows for short decision-making cycles, despite our global nature. The position we are posting is marked by a high degree of freedom and autonomy within the assigned area of responsibility as well as by the possibility of making a long-term impact on the future development of the Group.
As the market leader in Europe, we are well-known for the excellence of our products and services. Just recently, we were able to strengthen our market position in the U.S. through an acquisition. Another key aspect of our strategic positioning is to expand our presence in China. To this end, we are looking for a:
Business Development Manager (locking rings for drum packaging)
业务发展经理（金属桶箍，用于包装桶）
Major Responsibilities:
- Maintain the existing sales network in China effectively
- Explore and develop new customers in China and the Asia Pacific region continuously
- Provide with commercial services and technical consulting to Chinese customers, to ensure the best relationship with customers
- Preparing, in coordination with the European headquarters, quotations for the customers
- Coordinate with European headquarters for after-sale-service
- Coordinate with European headquarters for marketing activities
- Be responsible for achieving sales target
Basic Requirements:
- Age 30-45, based in Changshu/Jiangsu, with educational background in mechanical engineering preferred
- Good command of oral/written English or German
- Minimum 5 years of work experience within an industrial production company
- Strong sense of responsibility, enthusiastic, self-confident, hardworking, with team-spirit
- Be willing to travel frequently
- Experience within the drum industry or packaging of dangerous goods is a bonus
