生产制造维修经理.Production & Maintenance Manager

Job Description:

1. Leads Production and maintenance team to ensure high quality and cost effective products built on time.
   Solves production problems and proposes achievable and effective long-term solutions.
2. Carries-out result oriented programs for continual improvement on efficiency, quality, waste and environment.
3. Works with Process Engineering to ensure a fixture design, work instruction and production standard.
4. Works with Quality Management on products' qualify control plan to ensure high quality products' manufacturing.
5. Works with Product Development and Project Management to facilitate shortest sample production, pilot run and mass production ramp-up lead times and so on.
6. Provides Design-for-Manufacturing recommendations in the Design phase.
7. Guarantees the policies of Environment, Health and Safety guidelines are fully implemented.
8. Provides the plant with well maintained machinery and facilities that comply with internal and external regulations.
9. Ensures personnel, equipment, and materials are used properly to maximize productivity.
10. Control and reduce equipment shutdown time.
11. Develops, provides and maintains training programs to improve team's skill, knowledge and motivation.
    Support and complete other assignments.

Job Requirement:

1. Degree or above in relevant technical discipline.
2. More than 8 years experience in injection/molding industry, at least 3 years experience managing others with excellent communication skills.
3. Strong trouble-shooting ability, results oriented and safety mind set is a must.
4. Good leadership and motivation skills.
5. Good English skills in written and spoken.
