Hunter: Legal Supervisor(Trademarks& Patents )/法律主管(商标&专利)—A Global FMCG Company

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development, application and protection of the company's trademarks and patents.
- Protect the intellectual property rights of the company through the administrative and judicial means.
- Draft, review and approve commercial contracts and/or agreements.
- Participate in handling business dispute.
- Other legal supports and consultation as called upon by other departments.
- Any other responsibilities that may be identified by the business and/or the legal Manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Law or related, +3 years of relevant working experience.
- Familiar with the company law, contract law, labor law, law of intellectual property rights and other related laws.
- Have experience in development, application and daily management of trademark and patent, have experience in

intellectual property rights protection.
- Have independent intellectual property litigation handling experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Good logic analysis ability of all kinds of legal affairs.
- Fluent English.


职责：
- 负责公司商标、专利的开发、申请、维护；
- 通过行政、司法手段进行知识产权维权；
- 商业合同或协议的审查、草拟、备案；
- 参与商务纠纷处理；
- 为公司各部门提供法律支持和咨询；
- 协助法务经理处理其他法律事务。

要求：
- 本科以上学历，法学相关专业，三年以上法务工作经验；
- 熟悉《公司法》、《合同法》、《劳动法》、《知识产权法》等相关法律知识；
- 有商标、专利开发、申请、日常管理以及知识产权维权等相关经验；
- 有独立代理知识产权诉讼经历者优先；
- 具有较强的口头和书面表达能力，较强的人际交往能力和团队合作精神；
- 具备各类法律事务的逻辑判断和分析能力；
- 英文流利。
