Responsibilities:

• Providing friendly and professional service to our customers
• P/O follow-up of import and export business air & sea for assigned customers
• Answering customer inquiries
• Close co-operation with sales force, operations and accounting departments

Requirements:

• College school Graduate
• Experience in logistics firm preferred
• Good command in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Responsible and self-motivated with positive working attitude
• Obtain the certification awarded by CIFA or FIATA is top-priority
