职位描述：
Key Responsibilities（明确职责）：


1、 Be confident and stronger ability to lead independently any root cause analysis and carry on effective problem solving for assembling production line;

足够的自信和能力独自驾驭产线异常问题的原因分析和问题有效处理（必须能力）；

2、 Dig out and organize the automation potential project to improve machine down time and productivity rate; 能挖掘自动化改善项目并能组织协调，从而减少设备停机提升生产力（潜力添加）；

3、 Monitor the whole process PPM KPI and figure out the actions by weekly and monthly to drive all of cross team to meet KPI;

实时关注产线制程PPM并且每周每月地定期制定持续改善对策（必须能力）；

4、 Define any needs related to process improvement about jig, fixtures, automation program;

有能力自我设计或明确提出合理的制程改善所需的工装或程序需求（必须能力）；

5、 Conduct yourself for any tolerance analysis to find parts differences and study how to enhance our machine accuracy and ability by compliance to variation.

善于公差分析找出部品差异并且研究如何提升设备精准性和适应性能（必须能力）。

6、 Set up and timely review process standardization for SOP preparation, working flow chart, STD working time and production layout;

建立制定必要的制程所需的SOP，流程图，PFMEA以及产线规划 （次要内容）



Qualification（职位要求）：

1、 College degree in mechanical or automation engineering;

2、 Good spoken and written English skills if Sr position;

3、 5 yrs working experiences at least for manufacturing engineering in precision assembling company, perfect in small home appliance or connector industry;

4、 Strong process knowledge with assembling, plastic injection and some automation control logic thinking;

5、 Be familiar with engineering tools for SPC, CPK, FMEA and DOE etc., Minitab will be great to support.
