Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer(SQL)

Job Duties:

The job holder will have to perform the following duties:

· Implementation Planning & Co-ordination: Work with developers, infrastructure areas, partner systems IT and RTB team members globally to understand implementation requirements, plan, co-ordinate & manage implementation activities.

· Deployment and Release Management: Deploy Prime Brokerage applications into user acceptance testing, production and disaster recovery environments. Provide testing environment support. Verify that non-functional requirements are met. Ensure deployment and release standards are followed and effective monitoring is in place.

· Deployment Process & Monitoring Improvements: Provide knowledge gained from previous experience including technologies & processes that may improve efficiency and accuracy of application deployment and monitoring. Heavily involve in driving auto deployment and monitoring to enhance current deployment and UAT support process.

Candidate Requirements:

· Bachelor graduated with 1-4 years working experiences in software development.

· Solid experience in implementing & supporting mission critical trading systems, preferably gained from a global financial institution

· Strong project delivery/ implementation experience, to transition services into production environment

· Great team worker, with experience working in a global team with different cultures

· Excellent communications skills, including written and spoken English

· Strong drive to lead changes to improve quality and efficiency

· Experience in Unix, Linux scripting and SQL script of Sybase system.
