Job Title 职位名称：Production Manager

Report to 上司职位：Country Manager, Asia Pacific

Location 驻 地：Fuzhou

Role Purpose 职位目标：

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责：

Be in charge of commericalization, production and QC, from tech 1 to tech 4

Be in charge of all production going through the factories

Work with the factories on all new products and start up of production

Work with commericalization team on last stages before going to production

Work with factories and our planning team on ship dates

Take charge of material purchasing of China area

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

- Education: Bachelor Degree or above

- Experience: Above 15 years working experience in shoes making fields and know all aspects of shoes making from cutting through packing

- Know how to work with factories on problem solving and making good quality shoes, familiar with different types of constructions cement is preferred: strobe, welts and vulcanizing and waterproff footwear.

- Fluent in Cantonese and English
