Responsibilities:

1. Manage production processes.

2. Introduce new project, be responsible for building the production pilot

3. APQP cross function team member, maintenance the PFMEA and production process, train technicians and workers)

4. Manage the time-study and support to maintenance the SAP routing.

5. Follow up lean projects for production to improve the productivity and save cost.

6. Support for PPAP package collection and submission, support the production audit and process audit for automotive production.

7. Lead, train and guide PE technicians to complete the assigned tasks

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering and related.

2. 2+ Years experience in electronics manufacturing process engineering field, be familiar with FMEA, well know of TS16949 standard requirement will be an advantage

3. Good communication skills, Analytical skills.

4. Good command of English, both oral and written.
