Job Responsibities:
1.Work with supplier and Osram Cross function engineers: Provide mechanical part DFM feedback to R&D; Set up mechanical part CTQ requested for supplier and incoming control.
2.Develop and monitoring mechanical supplier, make sure supplier's process capability & quality performance meet Osram requested.
3.Work with Process engineer and quality engineer for solve mechanical part relate process or quality issue, reduce mechanical assembly relate scrap at production, improve efficiency
4.Support Pur and sourcing committee team to evaluation and phase in mechanical new supplier; provide technical support to Pur for mechanical part cost cut project.
5.Provide support for IQC incoming check and maintain mechanical part test plan in system; provide mechanical part supplier technical & quality performance report regularly.
Requirements:
1.4+ years experience in medium (or above) level manufacturing plant of plastic part or metal part;Or 4+ years at lighting relate company.
2.3+ years experience in mechanical tooling design, tooling qualification, or mechanical process control; ever Work at lighting relate product or have supplier quality management experience will be an advantage.
3.Hard driver, good communicator, well organized
