Job Description:
1. Understand the operational & technical requirements of the site and ensure that contracts are maintained to provide necessary supplies and services; 了解物业现场的运营和技术要求，确保对合同的维护提供必要的物资供给和服务；
2. Review and spot-check to ensure that suppliers/service providers are meeting contractual obligations to the client;
审查和现场检查以确保供应商/服务商对客户履行合同义务；
3. Ensure that the site is well maintained and correctly furnished/stocked to operate to maximum efficiency;
确保通过物业现场的维护良好和正确布置来实现运作效率最大化；
4. Ensure that detailed floor inspections are routinely conducted;
确保定期进行详细地楼层检查；
5. Ensure routine testing of all equipments functionality; maintain & repair as required;
确保所有设备功能运作良好，根据要求做好日常测试维护及修理；
6. Ensure all working environments meet all requisite OH&S Standards;
确保所有的工作环境满足所有必要的健康标准；
7. Assist Property Manager to ensure smooth running of meetings&/or events at the site;
协助物业经理确保现场的会议和/或活动顺利运行；
8. Have the ability to handle critical issues and emergency situations;
有能力处理危急问题和应对紧急情况；
9.Ensure that the property management operating procedures of the assets within the portfolios are in accordance with corporate standards; 确保物业资产的操作流程严格遵循物业管理操作标准执行;
10.相关工程专业本科毕业，持有相关专业合格资质证
11.5年以上大型高级商住大厦物业管理或相关领导经验，有酒店工作经验更佳
12.懂电脑操作及使用有关软件,具备一定的英语阅读能力。
