MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

-To work with business leaders and HR Business Partners on staffing planning activity
-To independently drive recruiting activities from end to end
-To manage and optimize recruiting channels, resources and processes
-To track and provide recruiting reporting at regular basis
-To lead China and Greater China recruiting projects assigned by the manager
-To deal with other ad hoc HR projects assigned by the manager


JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge/Education&Job Experience
-Minimum 7 years of HR experiences, out of which minimum of 3 years in recruiting function
-Received systematic recruiting trainings from multi-national companies or professional multi-national training firms

Skills/Competency Required
- Good HR knowledge on each HR function
-Is willing to take big challenge and chase numbers month by month
-Great communication skills, especially well understand how to communicate with different levels and or types of people
- Self-motivated
- Open-minded and candid attitude
-A great team player
-Fluent in English.
